Aghora Rudra Homa and Rudra Parayana at Arunachala Kshetra

On 1st January 2025, Sanatana TV Charitable Trust had the divine privilege of conducting a powerful Aghora Rudra Homa and Rudra Parayana in the sacred grounds of Arunachala Kshetra. This auspicious group homa was performed with the sankalpa (intent) for the overall success (yasha), health (arogya), prosperity (abhivruddhi) of all participants, as well as for go-rakshana—the welfare and protection of cows, which is cherished in Sanatana Dharma.

The atmosphere at Arunachala was charged with sacred mantras, as priests and devotees came together in devotion, offering oblations to Lord Shiva in his fierce and benevolent Rudra aspect. The meticulous chanting of Rudram and the homa’s fervent rituals created an environment vibrantly filled with spiritual energy.

We are grateful that the group homa went smoothly and was met with much enthusiasm and devotion from all participants. After the homa, as a mark of divine blessing and remembrance, we from the Sanatana TV Charitable Trust sent Homa Raksha (sacred ash/remnants) and Arunachala Prasadam to all those who took part in this sacred event, so that the protective and purifying energy of the ritual could be shared with every home.
