Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SANATANA TV CHARITABLE TRUST, we uphold transparency and integrity in all our donation processes. Our policy regarding the refund and cancellation of donations received for social causes through our payment gateway is as follows:

• No refund or cancellation will be entertained for donations made through the online payment gateway. Once a donation is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• No cash refunds or money reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances.
• In-kind donations, if received, will be distributed to the most underprivileged communities to ensure maximum social impact.
• Donations once received will not be refunded to the donor. There will be no cancellation of contributions, as all funds will be utilized for community development, children’s education, and animal healthcare.

By donating to SANATANA TV CHARITABLE TRUST, donors acknowledge and agree to this policy, ensuring their contributions are used for the greater good of society.
