Annadana Seva

The Ultimate Act of Dharma

“Annadānāt paraṁ dānaṁ na bhūtaṁ na bhaviṣyati”
(अन्नदानात् परं दानं न भूतं न भविष्यति)
“There is no greater charity than offering food; neither in the past nor in the future shall there be.”

In Sanatana Dharma, feeding the hungry is considered the supreme form of Seva, as it sustains Prana Shakti, the life force in all beings. With this noble intent, Sanatana TV has initiated Anna Dana Seva, named Narayana Seva, to serve food to those in need.

The initiative focuses on identifying hunger spots in Bangalore, distributing food packets and essential supplies to the underprivileged, ensuring that no one sleeps on an empty stomach. Through this sacred effort, Sanatana TV continues to uphold the Dharma of selfless service, following the divine principle of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”—the world as one family.

Let’s join hands in this Dharma Karya, for feeding the hungry is feeding Narayana Himself!
